চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ
  • Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
  • Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective
  • Select and assign instructors or vendors to conduct training.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
  • Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and market segment by effectively selling training products and services
  • Control and manage training expenses and ensure they are within annual program budget allocated.
  • Periodically prepare, present and review program changes, feedback and updates with Sales and Customer Success leadership.
  • Supervise the Trainers/Instructors and ensure their compliance with the set standards
  • Ensure The Quality of Training Program by receiving feedback from the trainer’s team, trainees/student, course evaluation, pre-posttest exam, clinical target file, performance result.
  • Actively Participate of all type of TC Activities: field visit with the student, Day observation etc.
  • Develop training strategies based on employee training aligning with organizational and individual requirement. Builds and implements long range training plans..
  • Any other task assign by the Management time to time.
