  • • Help HOD to formulate commercial plan for both local and imported Material on the basis of present stock and manufacturing demand to ensure optimum level of material and present material stock.
  • • Able to do LC and any kinds of LC amendment, complete any kinds of documents, and assist new plan and materials presentation.
  • • Monitor submission for opening LC in due time, follow up and oversee the indenters and suppliers’ activities to ensure materials reach in time with approved specification.
  • • Preparation of commercial Invoice, Transferring L/C, packing list, GSP checking, Payment planning, IC making etc.
  • • Submission of necessary L/C related documents to the bank for both Export & Import.
  • • Follow up the LC`s with supplier to complete the whole process within stipulated time-frame.
  • • Execute all regulatory formalities (Bank/ Insurance/ Customs) relating to Import/Export.
  • • Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, results and anticipate research on future changes in import and in relevant local territory practices.
  • • Liaise with Bank, C&F service support agents and freight forwarder agents to ensure the smooth clearance of consignments.
  • • Co-ordinate all activities of Commercial department (Export, Import, Customs, Bank, Audit,
  • • • Gathering supporting data for annual budgeting.
  • • Analysis of actual expenditure for annual budgeting and prepare the actual Vs Budget on a monthly basis for UAE companies (Company wise) in addition to consolidated position.
  • • Finalize the setup of the system generated Management reports (P&L, P&L trend, BS, BS trend).
  • • Validate the Monthly Management reports (P&L, P&L trend, BS, BS trend) before submitting to the Admin. Assistant
  • • Issue sales report on Bi-weekly basis;
  • • Issue inventory reports on weekly basis;
  • • Providing accounting and clerical support to ensure that financial transactions are in compliance and of the VAT regulations.
  • • Prepare and manage all documents in line with VAT regulations and other related activities
  • • Compile, verify, and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and accounting statements so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making financial decisions. These reports may include monthly VAT liabilities, VAT returns, regulatory reports and filings
  • • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.
  • • Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well informed of developments, knowledge and innovation in relevant field of expertise
  • • Further develop expertise through off the job training activities and involvement in more co Maintain all required paperwork as required by law
  • ? Administer all internal audits and ensure strict compliance regarding all documents concerned
  • ? Analyze accounting system and ensure compliance with all statutory laws guiding tax administration
  • ? Evaluate all audit files and assist to provide training to other auditors
  • ? Evaluate refunds and perform an accurate calculation for all tax assessment and prepare audit reports at the end
  • ? Interpret federal, state and local tax laws and regulations and apply them accordingly in all auditing procedures
  • ? Explain tax codes and laws to taxpayers and clients
  • ? Collect taxes on behalf of the government and also collect tax reports from individuals and businesses
