  • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
  • Setting sales targets for individual MPOs, AMs and Region as a whole.
  • Forecast & achievement of monthly, quarterly & annual sales objectives.
  • Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate set goals.
  • Monitoring field activities of team regularly.
  • Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Effective adequate territorial coverage.
  • Checking & controlling of tour plan.
  • Achievement of volume sales: region, area & territory.
  • Achievement of key focused product sales: region, area & territory.
  • Ensure growth as per objective of the company.
  • Achieve optimum market share/leadership.
  • Ensure successful launch of new product.
  • Product promotion.
  • Programme implementation.
  • Core customer coverage by all Medical Promotion Officer and Area Manager.
  • Utilization of inputs- suggest appropriate reduction or addition of specific product samples or inputs.
  • New product launch success.
  • Successful conduction of group events.
  • Implementation of promotional strategies and inputs.
  • Effective group event management.
  • Develop relationship with key customer and ensure effective service and satisfaction.
  • Coordination with ASM & Head of sales.
  • Handle doctor’s opinions/queries/objections.
  • Always monitor, control and approve field manager expense.
  • Monitor and control group event management.
  • Suggest for reduction in promotional activity expense.
  • Ensures to maintenance of “NORMS AND STANDARD OF COMPANY POLICIES”.
  • Keeping morale and discipline.
  • Recruitment, induction, training and development.
  • Manpower planning and structuring.
  • During field work access the capabilities of MPO & AM.
  • Validate feedback which is collected by Medical Promotion Officer and Area Manager.
  • Correct and improve interpersonal relationships and contribute to team building.
  • Development of weak territory.
  • Identify the factors related to market, customer, competition, brand performance and contribution.
  • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area and set to expand the marketing network of particular territory.
  • Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report on sales, collection & competitors activities.
  • Follow-up daily sales report.

  • M.Sc. from any reputed university.
