চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ
  • Responsible for Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Attendance & Salary Administration, Compensation & Benefits, etc.
  • Ensuring smooth relationship between management and staffs & workers. Mitigating any conflict in consultation with management.
  • Drafting office note, memo, office order & circular relating to HR & Administrative issues.
  • Supervising security guards and security supervisors and maintain their duty roasters.
  • Communicate with people on behalf of the office to various stake holders
  • Maintain office discipline and behavior as per company rules & Policy.
  • Deal with day to day administrative responsibilities and acknowledge the top authority accordingly.
  • Maintain employee personal files.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygienic atmosphere of toilet & washroom.
  • Ensure the new employee orientation according to orientation checklist as per Induction & orientation policy.
  • Any other job as assigned by the management.

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
