  • Duty Request letter & arrange to Payment Order
  • All types of bank voucher(debit & Credit) collection from banks
  • All kinds of debit/credit voucher checking as per sanction advice/Schedule of charges.
  • All types of account opening, signature up date, re-activate of dormant account, authorization letters.
  • Bank wise Bank Guarantee statement and renewal schedule maintain.
  • Checking of Fund Requisition/ Debited for LC opening, Docs release, Final payment & others miscellaneous
  • Company wise IAR insurance Policy statement along with its expirty date and next booking date
  • Container hiring for FOB basis imported goods carrying up to Chottogram Sea port
  • Credit rating report collection from credit rating company and communicate with them.
  • Documents preparation for new loan proposal and renewal proposal
  • Group Brief information regarding Turnover, Gross Profit, Liability, Net Profit, Neth Worth
  • ICRR prepartion for all concerns and soft copy maintain.
  • Marine policy collection and bill preparation and checking with management approved rate
  • Net worth of all Directors of all concerns as per IT10B main tain in Soft copy
  • PI Checking and Check list preparation
  • Preparation of list of suggestions for upgradation of credit rating to AA+ for all companies.
  • Preparation of analytical report to reduce the cost of fund
  • Preparation of soft copy of Management & Audited balance sheet copy of all concerns
  • Projected balance sheet, Income, expenditure, profit/loss statement preparation
  • Quarterly submission of Stock report, List of Machinery of all concerns up graded report
  • Renewal and newly issuance of business paper from BIDA, BB, CCI & E, DNCC, Explosive department.
  • Security Cheque statement and collection from bank after its expiration
  • Short term loan statement and request letter submission to banks
  • Statement preparation for conditional payment under DP LC, APG and Final Acceptance Certificate.
  • Submission of refund request letter to respective banks.
  • Up gradation of all types of business paper like TL, IRC, ERC, E-TIN, IT10B, Tac Clearance, VAT, CR,
  • Working Capital Assesment(Project wise). Upgradation.
  • Practical experience of loan processing with any Govt. Bank.
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা
  • MBA in Finance & Banking/ M.com from any reputed University of Bangladesh and abroad.
