চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ
  • To maintain daily cashbooks/ledgers/registers and related vouchers.
  • To handle cash/check/DD received in connection with business transactions.
  • To ensure all types of transactions (in both local/foreign currency) in conformity f documents in connection with the local & foreign business.
  • To ensure timely payment of all Govt. dues, Agent/supplier’s payments, staff benefits, utility bills, and any other payments.
  • To prevent fraud, forgery, and misuse of money if there is any.
  • To make payment of Income-tax, VAT, Taxes, etc. in a planned way to avoid any type of hassles.
  • To maintain and supervise the financial management of all branches.
  • To safeguard all accounts related to documents including checkbooks.
  • To check and validate cash balance with the cash book.
  • To prepare & submit periodic (Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly) financial reports to the Management.
  • To monitor payments to vendors for goods and services timely.
  • To ensure monthly reports on all sale proceeds, contributions, miscellaneous loans, staff advances.
  • To prepare a bank reconciliation statement before one week of the next month.
  • Should have the ability to carry out all types of related tasks assigned by the Management.

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • দক্ষতা: Accountant, Accounts and Store
